Dear guest, we can't wait to have you with us. We have prepared for you a list of all useful information to better plan your stay.

IS THE CITY TAX INCLUDED IN THE RATES?  
The rates do not include the city tax. The Municipality of Cattolica for 4-star hotels requires a payment of €2.50 per person per night for guests over 14 years old. This tax is applicable for the first 7 consecutive days of stay.

AT WHAT TIME IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND WHAT TIME MUST IT BE VACATED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?
For arriving guests, rooms are available from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 12:00 PM. However, a free luggage storage is available for guests who arrive early or wish to leave Cattolica later and enjoy a few more hours of relaxation before departing.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE RESERVED ROOM BEFORE THE CHECK-IN TIME OR AFTER THE CHECK-OUT TIME?
Early check-in or late check-out service is possible, subject to availability of the reserved room. An additional fee is applicable which will be communicated on a case-by-case basis by the reception, depending on the request.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
The hotel has reserved parking spaces for loading and unloading luggage. Parking is available upon reservation and for a fee. The parking space can be used from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure. For early arrivals or late departures, an additional daily fee for the chosen service will apply. The hotel offers two parking options for your car:
“Parcheggio Regina” €10.00 per day, fenced and guarded. The parking is located 1.5 km from the hotel, serviced by a shuttle available to access the car from 7:30 AM to 2:00 AM. The parking is open from May 15th to September 15th, 2024. Underground Garage €20.00 per day. Your car is always available in the hotel's underground garage. Maximum allowed dimensions: length 5 m, width 2 m, height 1.8 m.

WHY HALF BOARD/FULL BOARD SERVICE IS NO MORE AVAILABLE?
Luxor Cattolica Beach Hotel offers a unique formula that allows you to fully enjoy the beach and our territory without time constraints: we offer bed and breakfast with a rich and delicious buffet served from 7:30 am until noon. We do not have a restaurant inside the hotel for lunch and dinner, but we can suggest the best restaurants and trendiest places, reachable with a short walk or with the little white train that runs through the city and beyond.

ARE GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR BREAKFAST?
We are not part of the AIC Association, as we do not have a separate preparation area that can guarantee absolute contamination-free products. However, on our buffet, you will also find gluten-free single-serving packaged products (white bread, wholemeal bread, rice cakes, croissants, muffins, plum cakes, biscuits), as well as all jams, honey, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, hazelnuts, almonds, corn, rice, yogurt.

ARE VEGAN/VEGETARIAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
On our buffet, you will find, among other things: bread and biscuits made with local grains, without milk and animal fats, fruits, juices and jams with a high concentration of fruit, rice and soy drinks, and vegetable pastries and savory snacks.

IS BEACH ACCESS INCLUDED IN THE QUOTES?
Beach access is a service available upon reservation and for a fee. The hotel collaborates with several establishments: kindly request information during booking, and we will be happy to propose the most suitable service for your needs and handle the reservation for you. You can settle the service directly with the Beach Manager on the day of your arrival.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS FOR THE SWIMMING POOL?
Our sea salt swimming pool, sunny for most of the day, is accessible from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, as well as the whirlpool corner with heated water and cervical blade. Poolside loungers are available for free, subject to availability. They cannot be reserved or occupied with unattended towels and personal belongings.

DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS?
During the stay, each guest will have a beach towel available, which will be changed every 3 days. This way, you'll have more space in your suitcase for your souvenirs when you return home!

ARE THERE ROOM SERVICES AND BREAKFAST FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN?
For children up to two years old, a camping cot with mattress, bedding, and bath linen is provided in the room. Upon request, a kettle, bottle warmer, and night light can be provided in the room. The hotel's ground floor bar is fully available for heating milk or baby food 24/7.

CAN I BRING MY PET ON VACATION?
The hotel accepts small pets if notified at the time of booking, as only certain rooms are equipped to accommodate our little friends. A maximum of one pet per room is allowed. A cost of €15.00 per day will be applied. You can bring your furry friend with you to the terrace in front of the pool and to breakfast, in a dedicated area.

CAN I RENT BICYCLES AT THE HOTEL?
We do not provide bicycles for free rental directly on-site, but we can provide you with all the useful contacts for this service nearby.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS FOR THE DEPOSIT AND BALANCE?
You can make payments with:

  4. Bank transfer (only if it is credited and visible in our account at least 48 hours before check- out)
