1. How are you set up for children’s meals?
We offer dedicated menus and earlier meal times, from 12.15pm for lunch and from 7.00pm for dinner.
Our chefs prepare the food on a daily basis; vegetable soup, strained fresh vegetables, pastina, creamed rice and homogenized foods and then there is pasta with tomato salsa or plain pasta, vegetable soup with pastina, breaded cutlets, strained potato, carrot and zucchini without salt and strained vegetables for adults.
For all parents there is a microwave oven available and 24 hour bar service for keeping food cool or for reheating meals for your little ones.
2. Is there entertainment in the hotel?
We organize delightful evenings with aperitifs and tastings by the sea... and for the kids there is mini club at meal times for a variety of activities and games!
3. What are the meal times?
Breakfast from 7.45am until 10.00am
Lunch from 12.45pm until 2.00pm
Dinner from 7.30pm until 9.00pm
4. At what time are the rooms ready on arrival?
It is possible to Check in from 12.30pm and to Check out before 10.00am.
If you would like to take advantage of the last rays of sun by the sea or in the pool we have a courtesy room available.
5. Do I need to send a deposit?
You may choose whether to send a deposit via transfer (weekly of approx. € 400) or send your credit card details simply as a guarantee – no funds will be withdrawn.
6. Do I need to bring a small bed for my baby?
No, we have available a 3° and a 4° bed (even bunk style) for families, and also a camp bed with all linen.
7. Is the restaurant service buffet style?
No, it is all served to your table. We offer for lunch and for dinner 4 choices for first course and 3 mains of meat, fish and vegetarian.
8. Is there parking?
Yes, there is a covered, underground garage at a cost of € 12 a day and then there is the Regina carpark with a shuttle service from 7.30am until 3.30am.
9. Do you have beach towels?
Yes, we have beach towels available that we change weekly.
10. Do you provide meals for celiacs and vegetarians?
We are not an AiC hotel, but if you can let us know on booking we can source ingredients and cook them appropriately for celiacs.
For vegetarians we have a 3° menu to choose from.
11. Are animals welcome?
Yes, we accept small sized animals.
12. Are you set up for the disabled?
Since we installed a small external elevator for strollers and wheelchairs, the Hotel does not have any great architectural barriers to accessing the zones of major interest.
There are 2 steps in front of reception that could cause some inconvenience.
The elevator is spacious and made to carry wheelchairs. Our rooms are of various types and sizes and could well be accomodating. The main problem will be the bathrooms as they are small and from past experience we have found that they are not large enough for the needs of a client who is differently abled that relies on the use of a wheelchair.
Therefore we are not a Hotel equipped for the disabled.
13. Do you have a courtesy room?
Yes, we have a courtesy room with a bathroom, where you may leave your luggage and enjoy a pleasant dip in the pool.
14. Is the wellness centre always open?
Our wellness centre is open during the following hours: from 10.00am until 12.00 noon and from 4.00pm until 8.00pm. You may make an after dinner booking with the latest leaving time of 11.00pm.
15. Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, you can easily pay with a cheque on your arrival at the hotel.
16. How much is the hotel tax in Cattolica?
The hotel taxi s € 1.50 per person per day for the first 7 days, then it is free. Children under 13 years of age are exempt.
17. Are you near the centre?
Yes, our hotel can be found just a few short steps from the town centre of Cattolica. Discover Via Dante where there are many shops and cafè bars and Piazza Primo Maggio with its colored dancing fountains.
18. Is the pool undercover?
No, the pool is outdoors, heated, always exposed to the sun and sanitized with marine salts from Cervia.
19. Is there an open bar?
The bar is open 24 hours a day, the service is always payable, except when there is an organized function where we offer aperitifs and tastings.
20. Do you have bicycles and can we use a courtesy car?
No, the hotel does not have bicycles, however, on request, and if available, we have electric courtesy cars that are free to use.
21. Do you have a gym?
Yes, a cardio room, without weights, ideal to stay in shape even on your holiday.
